In-stock items will ship within 1–3 business days of your order date.
If you have ordered a personalized item, you will receive an electronic proof for approval within 3 business days. Once you have approved the proof, you can expect to receive your order within 2–3 weeks.
Orders are shipped ground delivery via US Postal Service or FedEx. Expedited services are also an option during checkout. Missive is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during the busy holiday season.
We currently ship to U.S. and international addresses, however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days for refund or exchange. If you wish to return your non-personalized order, please email us and indicate the reason for return in your email. We can only accept items in original condition with unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Personalized and/or custom items cannot be returned. Your electronic proof is a representation of exactly what will be printed, so please review it carefully before approval. If errors are discovered after final proof approval, reprinting costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you happen to receive an incorrect item or any part of your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain any damaged packaging as we may request that it be returned to us.

If inquiring about Couture services, please note that the design process can take anywhere from 1–4 months depending on the complexity of your project. Production of your custom order will take an additional 2–3 weeks for printing and packaging.
